Redwood Hills ADA Dashboard

Attendance history

Attendance day by day, per site, against the cycles archived since 2023. Change the site, the month or the comparison cycle with the controls above.

Daily attendance by school

Each site's daily attendance on a shared scale. Hover a day; click a site in the legend to isolate it and see its target as a dashed line.

Actual vs. projected

This month's actual ADA against each site's 26/27 target and against the monthly P&L curve.

Actual ADA Month projection 26/27 ADA target

Idle capacity & enrollment opportunity

How many enrolled students don't show up, and how many seats sit empty because of it. Measured over the last three days with data — — — so it reflects the roster as it stands, not the ramp-up at the start of the month.

Site comparison

Sorted by how far each site is from its target. “Per group” is the extra students each instructor would need. Click any row for the site detail.

Capacity by instructor

Ratio of 10 in TK/Kinder and 20 from 1st grade up. The bar shows how full each group is; “open” is the seats each instructor has left, red when already over ratio. Showing all days.

Data changes

6Crickets lets the past be edited: a day already reported can be re-marked, cleared, or a student unenrolled after the fact. Every load is diffed against the previous one so nothing moves silently underneath a number you already shared.

How this was calculated, and what's missing

  • Actual ADA = sum of the hand count ÷ days with a record. This is not what the tracker's “ADA” cell shows: that formula divides by every day in the month, including future days still at zero, so a site can read far lower there than its real ADA.
  • Target and projection come from Proyecciones PL Redwood Hills 26/27, sheet “Redwood Hills”: the Projected (YR 26/27) column is each site's ADA target (— in total) and the current month's row is the P&L curve.
  • Waitlist and drops come from the 6Crickets API, which exposes the four roster groups separately — enrolled, waitlisted, unenrolled and cancelled. The site “Download CSV” button only ever returns the enrolled group, so these numbers are not visible in the 6Crickets UI. Across the six sites: ${''}— waiting and — dropped since the session opened.
  • Enrollment, show rate and no-shows come from the 6Crickets exports — the roster and the attendance history for each site. Only aggregate counts are used here: no student names, birth dates, addresses or contact details are stored in or served by this page.
  • Seats per instructor: 10 students in TK/Kinder and 20 from 1st grade up. Most tracker labels don't say the grade, so the TK groups are listed explicitly in the code — Group 1 and Group 2 at Bayside, Mangos, Strawberries and Kiwis at Hillcrest, and Group 1 TK/Kinder at Sunset Ridge. Any group not on that list is counted at 20, so a mislabeled TK group would show twice the capacity it really has.
  • Revenue at risk = gap × the per-student, per-day rate × the month's after-care days, using the same P&L assumptions. The annual figure uses the full year of after-care days and assumes the gap holds.
  • Target Enrollment: the block in each site's tracker is still empty, so this dashboard's target comes from the P&L and not from the tracker. If it ever gets filled in, the two numbers are worth reconciling.
